Q: Payment Types
What forms of payment do you accept?
A:
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS we also accept PayPal, money orders and cashier's checks. Please note, credit card orders will not be processed until time of shipping.
Q: Security
Is my credit card information secure?
A:
The information you provide including credit card information is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use this SSL technology to prevent such information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers located at restricted-access sites.
Q: Payment Due
When is payment due?
A:
Full payment is due at time of placing an order (except layaway plans). Money orders must be received within 7 business days, or items will be relisted to site. If making payment via PayPal, payment is due immediately after placing your order. Please be sure to verify with PayPal that payment has been sent to simply_kreations@yahoo.com. If PayPal payment is not received immediately following your order/invoice, items will be relisted to our store.
Q: Shipping Cost
How much do you charge for shipping?
A:
We charge a flat rate fee of only $5.00 per order (continental US only). This fee includes delivery confirmation. International shipping is available at a discounted rate. For a quote, email simply_kreations@yahoo.com prior to finalizing your order.
Q: Shipping Time
How soon will I receive my order?
A:
Generally, orders will be shipped within 48-72 business hours upon receipt full payment. However larger orders may take longer. Please note, e-checks will take approximately 5 days to clear, your order will be shipped thereafter. Once the order is shipped, your package will be delivered via USPS Mail and take approximately 2-9 days to receive (dependent on your location in the US). All orders receive an email at time of shipping with the delivery confirmation number, so you can monitor your package while enroute.
Q: Guarantee
Are your products guaranteed?
A:
Simply Kreations stands by their products and have the confidence that you will be 100% satisfied with your order. If, for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please email simply_kreations@yahoo.com indicating your reason. Simply Kreations will email you with full instruction on making a return. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will issue a full refund for your order (S/H charges do not apply).
Q: Damaged products
How do you assure undamaged products during shipping?
A:
All products are hand packaged with care. Premade scrapbook pages are placed in a plastic protector, then layed flat in a heavy duty cardboard box assuring that pages are not bent enroute to their final destination. Albums and paper crafts are also packaged very carefully using heavy weight cardboard boxes, packing peanuts and other packaging materials to assure safe delivery. Shipping insurance is optional, however suggeted. Email simply_kreations@yahoo.com, before paying for your order, if you wish to insure your order prior to shipping.
Please note, Simply Kreations is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped.
Q: Photo Safe
Are your products photo safe?
A:
Yes, all products used for premade scrapbook pages and premade scrapbook albums are acid and lignin free, or in other terms photo safe. Items that are not 100% photo safe will be noted as such, such as some of the paper craft items available for purchase. Products used are of the highest quality from reputable companies in the scrapbooking industry.

Do you do custom made pages?
A:
We have numerous requests for custom made pages, however, as this time, we do not offer this as a service. We encourage you however, to drop us an email at simply_kreations@yahoo.com to make suggestions of pages you would like to see added to our store : )
Q: Page Kits
Are your layouts kits that come unassembled, that is, the customer puts the entire layout together?
A:
No. Currently all of our layouts and albums are premade or preassembled. There is absolutely no additional work that will have to be done once your layout is received except for adding your photos and journaling. Some photos may require cropping (cutting) to fit the size of the mat, however, most of our layouts are designed to accommodate 4x6 photos.

Do you live in a smoke free home?

Yes, all my items are made in a smoke free home.
Q: Album Type
What kind of albums will your pages fit into?
A:
Our premade scrapbook pages are created to use in standard 12x12 top loading, post bound albums. It's as easy as sliding them into the plastic protective sleeve.

Do you have any references?
A:
Simply Kreations has sold well over 1000 layouts/albums since establishing in January '06 and has had absoluetly no negative feedback from our customers! Since opening, we have formed a large customer base with several repeat customers. In addition, I am both a frequent buyer and seller on Ebay and have put some of my work up for auction in the past and have received only positive feedback.
